Student Exchange Program

A. About Student Exchange

Student Exchange is a collaborative program between Petra Christian University (PCU) and a partner university overseas. This program enables students, no matter the faculties, to spend a semester overseas and gain international exposure from PCU's partner, be it educational or cultural.

C. Information

• Quota: varied, usually open for 1 - 2 students per semester.
• Facilities:
  1. Orientation on arrival.
  2. Assistance in looking for appropriate accommodation (if dorm unavailable).

 

D. General Requirements

1. Minimum GPA: 2,75.
2. Minimum in semester 4 when registering to the program.
3. Provide Language Proficiency Test Certificate (minimum score depends on the insitution)
4. Willing to cover the accommodation, travel, meals, books, insurance, and any incidental expenses.
5. Willing to have all legal documents (passport, visa, etc) ready prior to departure.
6. Willing to apply for health insurance.

 

E. Registration Deadline

• February - May for Fall intake, or
• August - November for Spring intake.

 

F. Degree

Student Exchange is a NON-degree program that does not award you with a degree. However, you will receive a transcript upon completion.

Students must arrange their plane tickets and visa by themselves.
